Arrowtrack Solutions was founded by Matthew Nancarrow, a U.S. Army veteran and combat infantryman. While deployed with the 101st Airborne to the Iraq invasion of 2003, he relied on simple SOP cards he kept in his pocket clear routes, clear tasks, and clear communication. That same clarity guides how Arrowtrack builds technology today. After his service, Matthew worked as a routing specialist and VP of Rayne Water, followed by years as a property manager and security manager overseeing multiple worksites and patrol operations. Across every role, he saw the same issue: teams worked hard, but managers lacked real-time visibility, accurate timekeeping, and reliable field reporting. This led to the creation of TaskCheck, a unified platform that brings structure, accuracy, and accountability to daily operations.
